I'm very grateful for the life I became a part of with SGT Rosa. When he and I met and got to know each other, it was as if together we conquered the world, and easily became one in the other, madly in love. I don't know where and when I lost his respect and admiration. I know I didn't do anything dishonorable to earn the opposite. We had a beautiful life together, for the most part, we lived off base, but practically lived on base cause we were always either at BAMC, at the PX, or the Navy Exchange, and the Commissary was nice to shop at when not at HEB. We loved to take our son and daughters bowling as a tradition, for every Halloween, to keep away from the hooting distraction. A Daddy's Girl This is me pretty in pink adorned with gold and a nice bow. I'm standing next to my dad, my mom took the picture for us at one of our local burger joints I love my dad. Of course, I love my mother as well and very much. But my father and I had a very unique relationship when I was a preteen. As his firstborn child, I was his royalty and still am. I have pictures of my dad holding me in his arms and I feel his tender yet masculine love for me as his daughter. He's a very patient and loving father to me. The times I've felt offended by him, it's because I esteem him so much that he's unintentionally unaware he's hurt me emotionally, but then he's also the one who corrects misunderstandings with me.
