Grateful & Thankful

I'm on Earth and sit gracefully with a grateful heart filled with love from and to my precious Isaac, Emily, and Lysette.  This being shared in the form of an online journal, let me share a little token of appreciation for the good work my daughter Emily accomplished all on her own thanks to the outpouring of love directly in her life...

You see Emily has always been my sweetheart, she was very shy as a baby but around her youngest sister and oldest brother, she mustered the courage to be her own unique bold self.  She corrected her young (baby) sister and allowed her brother to set the tone for her (and her sister) to follow through with his leading role and steps.

With me, she followed me around in life at home when she began to walk, talk, and realized she could get my undivided attention and she made sure she expressed her needs and desires directly to me.  Emily as a baby would nagg for a bit until I gave her my full undivided attention.  I expressed the type of attention she was attracting to her and then I expressed to her the best way to get my attention.

Therefore, if and when she felt undermined by me, instead of screaming and throwing a tantrum she would quiet down in a polite way without her saying a word, and I knew, she needed that extra attention that I was offering her little sister immediately.

It was in our communication that we stayed grounded and loving towards one another and each other, no words were needed, it was all body language and facial expressions.  I loved to see her face light up and her smile says it all.  I've never been so happy in my life as the day we realized we brought home our little heavenly princess from the hospital after delivery.  Finally, Isaac had his own sister more than just two loving parents in his journey called life.

And although I thought four of us together as a family was enough, God somehow knew Emily would enjoy being sandwiched together between her older brother and her baby sister (that really ended up being more like her twinnie).

To this day my daughters, they're not even a full year apart, but anyway, I'm proud to see my little girl fulfilling her dreams.  She has always had the heart for taking care of animals and boy can she work out!! She has always pushed herself to run the extra mile and to stay fit she has pushed herself for me to notice.

I love my girl, Emily.  Below I've added some illustrated images with her, I even worked on creating a collage in reference to her acceptance into Texas A&M Kingsville.  She's on the right track, just praying for her to say on the right track, if anything we already know GIRL CAN RUN!!!

I pray she/my Emily D. Rosa stays on the right track because it's all there for her and it's all already hers
